From electrical work and general contracting to managing projects from the ground up, we bring real-world experience, attention to detail, and accountability to every job. Colton Clement
Co-Founder I Director of Construction
With 13 years of hands-on construction experience, Colton Clement has built his career from the field up, progressing from the electrical trade into leadership, superintendent, general contracting, and construction management roles.
For the past 4 years, Colton has worked side-by-side with a real estate developer, helping manage and oversee more than $90 million in construction projects. His involvement spans the full construction process—from drawing and design coordination through field operations, subcontractor management, scheduling, inspections, quality control, problem solving, and project closeout.
Before moving into general contracting and development, Colton spent 10 years in the electrical trade, including commercial and industrial construction and leadership roles overseeing electricians. His project experience includes schools, medical facilities, stadiums, fire stations, government facilities, commercial developments, and other complex construction projects.
A major strength of his background is the ability to read and cross-reference architectural, structural, MEP, electrical, interior design, low-voltage, access-control, and lighting-control drawings. This allows him to identify conflicts between disciplines, coordinate trades, anticipate field issues, and develop practical solutions before those issues impact construction.
Today, Colton brings together field knowledge, technical plan-reading ability, trade coordination, project leadership, and direct developer-side experience to manage projects from the ground up.

Ashley Klausner
Co-Founder | Director of Operations
Ashley Klausner has been an integral part of Day-to-Day 365 since 2021 and holds 50% ownership in the company. Working alongside Colton as the business has grown, she has developed a strong understanding of construction operations while supporting the communication, coordination, documentation, client relationships, and business administration that keep projects moving.
Ashley brings more than 10 years of professional experience spanning international business, executive-level operations, marketing, and finance. Her previous experience includes working directly with executives in the oil and gas industry, strengthening her skills in professional communication, financial coordination, organization, discretion, and attention to detail.
Her background in luxury and private-client environments, including involvement with multimillion-dollar events, brings another level of professionalism to Day-to-Day 365. She combines business and financial knowledge with real-world construction exposure, helping bridge the gap between clients, contractors, project teams, and business operations.
